Holly ConoverJuly 16, 2026Since I am fairly new to the area, I have been very cautious with repairs I have needed to address with my house. Finding a reliable electrician, plumber, HVAC tech, car mechanic, etc. can be daunting when you absolutely don’t know anyone. The time came when I was in need of a plumber. It was suggested that I call Sanford & Son. I was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone and asked how they could help me. What made it more remarkable was that I had a technician at my house within a half hour to go over the things I needed to have done. That kind of service is hard to find today. Once we went over everything as far as what work was warranted, they estimated the cost of what it would be to do. I was very happy with the price they quoted, and we set a date to have everything done. I needed a toilet installed, a waterline to the refrigerator, and outside faucets on the house as there weren’t any on the home. On the day of the job, two young, professional men came to my home to do the job. They were very polite, clean and eager to work. They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves.. I couldn’t have been happier. By far, Sanford and Son Plumbing is by far the best in the upstate and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I am sure that the experience I had with them will be replicated with other customers. You won’t regret it at all. Thank you Mike and team for a job well done!Posted on Google

Sanford worked during the pouring down rain to get my water heater replaced! awesome company to work with!
Sanford did a phenomenal job replumbing our entire house. He did a very thorough, quality job and gave us a great deal. We have been using the plumbing for months with no problems. He left everything very clean and was a professional in all manners. I highly recommend them!
Requested to replace kitchen faucet, call set time and service next day was on time and excellent service even helped correct the problem and they didn't need to; excellent price highly recommended. Thank you for your service.
Very professional.Highly recommend. A bit on the pricey side, but the quality is the key. You'll get what you paid for- job well done!
Awesome! Our hot water heater went out with the last cold front a few days ago and I had several companies quote me but couldn't do the work until next week. I got Mike's number from a friend and he replaced it the next day for 1/2 the cost i was being quoted by others. Would definitely recommend him. Very professional.
I had a leak in my main line and needed repair ASAP. Problem was compounded by the amount of plant roots in the ground. Sanford gave me a solution at a reasonable price and he did the work on a Sunday. I appreciate his professionalism and quick service. He is going to be my go to guy for plumbing needs.
After the age old debate on whether to replace with a tank or just bite the bullet and go tankless and some great advice about the pros and cons of both options I pulled the trigger on a tankless water heater. Took care of everything from picking up the unit and installing it and taking my old unit away. Great unit, great price, and great service from Sanford and son Plumbing.

I had a fantastic experience with this company for my gas stove installation. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to provide same-day service, which was a huge relief. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring everything was installed safely and correctly. I also appreciated their fair, upfront pricing—no surprises or hidden fees. Overall, I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free gas stove installation!

Mike Sanford did an exceptional job installing our gas wall heater. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the process. He took the time to explain the installation steps and ensured everything was set up safely and correctly. The quality of his work is outstanding, and he left the space clean and tidy after completing the job. It’s clear that Mike takes pride in his craft and genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction. We’re thrilled with the result and highly recommend Mike Sanford for any gas or heating needs. A true professional who delivers top-notch service!
They were prompt and professional. They resolved my issue quickly and at the price they
quoted. I would highly recommend them.
Sanford did an outstanding job of installing a gas wall heater in my garage. He recommended this heater for my garage. During all the hard freeze nights my garage and all the water pipes have stayed warm. If you are concerned about freezing pipes purchase this heater and have Sanford install it in your garage or home.
Sanford did a phenomenal job! All of the work was done very well and has been working
flawlessly. Very professional and affordable company and I would recommend them to
anyone for any type of plumbing work!
